HOW IT CAN BE DONE.

WHAT WE KNOW:

India has a weak defense mechanism against terror.
Terrorists were from Pakistan
People are angry.
We need action.

WHAT WE NEED TO ACCEPT

POINT 1:
Terrorism HAS religion. Mostly (ie 99.9% cases) it is ISLAM. Now dont misunderstand this statement. This DOES NOT mean that all Muslims are terrorists. In fact they are not. However, most terrorists are Muslims. The difference is significant. We HAVE TO accept this fact, and stop repeating the pseudo-secular political statement which the Indian Media seems to glorify. Unless we recognize the enemy, identify them and isolate them there is no way, I repeat, NO WAY we can defeat or even prevent the terrorists. So let us stop being politically correct and accept this important fact.

POINT 2
We STARTED this. By WE I mean, I mean, the industrialised nations, who survive on their arms industry are to be blamed for this. This coupled with greedy and nations to sell their product would result in these deadly weapons falling in wrong hands. It is very easy to curb this, but this has to happen primarily from nations producing WMD, (not iraq) and it requires a huge political will and guts to confront the powerful arms industry bosses. We started this, also by giving rise to a movement called Mujahideen to ''use'' them against the Russians. We gave them training, money and arms, and result is a deadly monster which is out of control.

POINT 3
We ARE divided. In fact this is a no-brainer. We have been divided for centuries, either on the basis of religion, language, state, caste, and the most deadliest of all, our political affiliations. We need learn something from the Americans here, where a Democrat president elect, selects a Republican foe, as his team member, simply based on his credentials. That sort of a unity in purpose is yet to be seen in India.

WHAT ACTION IS NEEDED

STEP 1:

Stop making these guns. Any weapon made by anyone, anywhere in the world, should be tagged. Something like a cell phone, it must be able to tag and track these weapons, anywhere in the world. I am not a techie, but I am sure, there would be someone out there, some genius, who could figure out a way how to do it. Nations should be held accountable for the weapons they produce. I mean if an AK47 is made in russia, that weapon should have a specific code, and an inbuilt undestroyable chip which could be tracked by the Anti terror force.

STEP 2:

Create ONE central task force to combat terror for the entire world. All nations willing to contribute should fund this, and it should have the most sophisticated intelligence system ever known to mankind. It should comprise of officers, and commandos from all the nations. It should be located in the east and the west, and the members of this elite group should be the first response for any terror attack anywhere in the world. This task force should be led by the US, UK, Israel and India, as they are the Jihadi propaganda's ''axis of evil''.

I am sure these measures would be just a beginning in the REAL war against terror. But we have to begin somewhere.
